The adjustor they sent had a difficult time holding a conversation and explaining simple facts. It felt like they walked into our home with their mind made up. Here is the frustrating part. I had to escalate and reach out to the main office multiple times to get basic responses. I just want to be spoken to like a human and heard out. This feels like the least that can happen for all the money paid over the years."
